As you saw on our homepage, Oak is our young
promising sire. in 2002 we had two filly colts sired by him.
They are both exceptionally nice colts. They have Oaks great
disposition, and his correctness in conformation. We are
very pleased with both of them and cannot wait until they
can prove that this young horse is going to be a great sire
as well as a great individual.
Oak has a very strong pedigree. His sire
Doc's Oak is in the NCHA HALL OF FAME, he was Top Ten at the
World Show; COA-Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum; and had
NCHA LTE: $71,000. He sired: 4 World Champions, 3 Reserve
World Champions, Superior Performance, Halter point earners,
Working Cowhorse Money Earners, NCHA LTE: $8,878,227, and
NRHA LTE: $130,347. Doc's Oak was an own son of Doc Bar AQHA
HALL OF FAME who sired: 9 World Champions, 4 Reserve World
Champions, NCHA LTE: $3,213,453. Doc was sired by Lightning
Bar AAA AQHA Champion who sired: World Champions, AQHA
Champions, and NCHA Money Earners. His dam was Dandy Doll AA
ROM Race who produced Superior Halter and AQHA High Point
horses, her sire was Texas Dandy AQHA HALL OF FAME. Doc's
Oak was out of Susie's Bay who produced ROM Performance,
Superior Performance, NCHA LTE: $166,560, and THREE World
Champions. Her sire was Poco Tivio, 5th NCHA World Champion,
NCHA LTE: $11,189, he sired: AQHA Champions, NCHA LTE:
$74,000. Poco Tivio was a son of Poco Bueno HALL OF FAME and
